How To Check And Change Your Xantrex Inverter Settings:
- A brief video on how to make sure your Xantrex inverter is setup correctly!
- Note this should only be done if you are advised to do so by a Hanvey representative or if you are having power issues where you believe a faulty setting is at fault!
- The inverter control panel is located above the driver's door.
- Press the far right button (function) to turn on the backlight.
- Press the function button until you see "System Status" in the top left of the screen.
- Press the enter button to access this menu.
- Scroll down until you have highlighted "FSW3012 00: Basic".
- Press the enter button to access this menu.
- Scroll down to the very bottom and highlight "Basic Settings".
- Press the enter button to access this menu.
- Scroll through the settings on this menu to verify they match the following:
- Batt Type [Flooded]
- Batt Capacity [880Ah]
- Max Chg Rate [55%]*
- Any value between 55 and 60 is acceptable here.
- Charge Cycle [3Stage]
- ReCharge Volts [12.5V]
- AC In Breaker [10.0A]**
- For vans without an Inline Tank Warmer, this should be set to 15.0A.
- This will only apply to vans built prior to 2018.
- Low Batt Cut Out [10.0V]
- If a setting is not correct, scroll to it and press the enter button.
- Use the arrow keys to set it to the correct setting.
- Press the enter button once it is set to store the setting in the panel.
- Once all the settings are verified, press the function button until you are back to the "System Status" screen.
