Water Tank Removal
This video covers the process of removing your fresh and gray tank for cleaning and maintenance.
2019 and older vans will need the next step, newer vans can skip.
To remove the strap holding your tanks in place, press the release lever on the tightening device and swing the device open until the strap loosens.
Close the valve on the bottom port and disconnect all hoses.
The lid on top of the tank can be removed to get a better grip while removing the tank from the van.
If you meet any resistance, check to verify all hoses disconnected.
You should only need to remove the tanks from your van when you're doing a deep clean seasonally.
This should not be a frequently performed task.
