Does Hanvey collect, share, or sell my personal information Faq Arrow

Hanvey collects your personal and business information (Name, Business Name, Shipping Address, Phone Number, and Email) to best serve you. Hanvey will never share or sell any information obtained. At the time of delivery / pick up of your Hanvey Grooming Van, you will have the option to opt into text messaging for technical support. Does Hanvey Engineering offer a money back guarantee? Faq Arrow

Hanvey Engineering strives to make every customer a happy one, so we proudly offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all Hanvey manufactured equipment. If you receive your new order and have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to call us. We are here to serve you anytime you need us!

Does Hanvey Engineering offer a payment plan? Faq Arrow

Hanvey Engineering offers an interest-free payment plan on specific grooming equipment like the HairVac, Bathing Beauty, Dryers, and Big Boy Tables. All you pay is a $25.00 fee for the initial set up. Your 50% deposit is due at the time of purchase, and the other half is split into monthly payments. Please call our office anytime Monday – Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm EST for additional information and to get started on one of our Pay Plan accounts. 

NOTE: This does not include Hanvey Grooming Vans. Financing Information for our mobile units can be found on our Van Detail pages or by phone during normal business hours.

Does Hanvey Engineering offer any discounts if I purchase multiple items at the same time? Faq Arrow

Absolutely! The more you purchase the more you save is our motto!

I am having an issue with an item I purchased from Hanvey Engineering. What should I do? Faq Arrow

If you are experiencing any type of issue with any of our equipment, we strongly advise you to call our facility. We have a very knowledgeable staff that can get you back on track in minutes! If repairs are needed, we can the right info to you so you can get your items up and running as soon as possible.

What kinds of warranties are available? Faq Arrow

Hanvey Engineering offers a 1-year warranty on all of our equipment with the exception of the Hanvey LIPSystem, which offers a lifetime warranty. This covers all manufacturer defects and workmanship. For additional details, please call our office anytime Monday – Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm EST.  

What type of insurance do I need for my vehicle if I am a Mobile Pet Groomer? Faq Arrow

You will need to get a specialized type of pet grooming insurance that includes commercial auto insurance which will cover your vehicle and mobile pet grooming equipment.

Can I use the Hanvey HairVac in my mobile grooming van? Faq Arrow

Yes! Our Hanvey HairVac is designed for use in both mobile and shop formats. If you want to install this in your mobile grooming van, please call our office anytime Monday – Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm EST so that we can make sure you receive the correct setup.

How long will it take for me to get this item? Faq Arrow

Hanvey Engineering strives to get your orders out the door as quickly as possible. The typical turnaround for most orders is 24-48 hours.

How long will my brushes last? Faq Arrow

Typically, brushes will last about 1 year. This will vary depending on use. Hanvey Engineering has provided a maintenance log on our Hanvey HairVacs and Dryers to help you keep up with your yearly brush changes. We recommend changing them at least once a year by a reputable vacuum repair facility or by Hanvey Engineering.

How many groomers can I have on the HairVac II? Faq Arrow

The HairVac II will support up to 3 groomers. Please call our office anytime Monday – Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm EST if you are interested in purchasing this unit as a 3-groomer setup.

How often should I change the filter? Faq Arrow

Your filter should only be changed if it is damaged, torn, or has a hole in it. However, this filter should be cleaned daily.

Yes! The Hanvey Bathing Beauty can be used in a 110-volt format or a 220-volt format. Either format can be ordered online and shipped directly to you.

What type of shampoo is required for the Hanvey Bathing Beauty? Faq Arrow

With the Hanvey Bathing Beauty, you are able to use any shampoo you desire, including medicated shampoos, conditioners, and colognes.                   

Will I need any special plumbing to use the Hanvey Bathing Beauty? Faq Arrow

The Hanvey Bathing Beauty requires no plumbing at all! This system sits directly in your tub and requires no special electrical components, plumbing, or training.

Can I adjust the air flow on the Hanvey Dryer? Faq Arrow

The Hanvey Dryer is available in 2 formats. Our Variable Speed Dryer offers you the ability to adjust your air flow with the simple turn of the dial, a huge advantage for those little ones.

All of our Hanvey Tables are built to your specifications; therefore, please allow up to 10 business days for all table orders to ship.

How much weight does the Hanvey Adjustable Leg Table hold? Faq Arrow

The Hanvey Adjustable Leg Table will hold up to 125 lbs.

How much weight does the Hanvey Big Boy Hydraulic Table hold? Faq Arrow

The Hanvey Big Boy Hydraulic Table will hold over 700 lbs. When you have a large dog on this table, you won’t be dealing with any wobble. A sturdy table is a must in this industry.

Is the Hanvey LIPSystem included in the price of the table? Faq Arrow

Our Hanvey LIPSystem is not included in the price of a Hanvey Table; however, it can be added to any Hanvey Table or Hanvey Table Top for a discounted price of $199.00.

What kind of maintenance does the Hanvey Big Boy Hydraulic Table require? Faq Arrow

The Hanvey Big Boy Hydraulic Table requires little to no maintenance. Over time, you may need to add some hydraulic fluid to your table or grease the joints, but that would be the maximum necessity. Instructions for adding fluid are included with each table.

What material is used on your Hanvey Table Tops? Faq Arrow

Our Hanvey Table Tops come with a marine-grade material that is both slip and water resistant, resulting in an effortless cleanup. No more worrying about those little piddlers.

Will your Hanvey Table Top fit my current table base? Faq Arrow
