Covering Your Bases

We offer warranty coverage for Bathing Beauty, HairVac, LIPSystems, Tables and Dryers. This coverage also applies to this equipment installed in one of our Hanvey mobile grooming vans.

General Grooming Van Warranty Faq Arrow

Hanvey's General Grooming Van Warranty guarantees that your grooming van will be free from manufacturing defects and function as intended. Please reference our Official Conversion Warranty document for all the specifics regarding your grooming vans warranty. The length of coverage for components in the grooming van vary from product to product, please see Appendix A for more details.

General Product Warranty Faq Arrow

Hanvey's General Product Warranty guarantees that your product will be free from manufacturing defects and function as intended for one year.

Products covered under Hanvey's General Product Warranty include, but are not limited to:

  • Bathing Beauty

  • HairVac

  • Mobile HairVac

  • HairVac II

  • Han V Dryer

  • Fluff Dryer

  • Adjustable Leg Table

  • Big Boy Hydraulic Table

Grooming Van Interior 7 Year Warranty Faq Arrow

The primary conversion interior materials include the following: support structure, walls, ceiling, bulkhead, and floor. These are covered for a period of 7 years against failure due to manufacturing defects and/or improper installation. This 7 year warranty does not cover damage from Owner mounting aftermarket accessories to the walls, ceiling, bulkhead, or floor. All warranty claims for interior materials must be done by Hanvey at a Hanvey Repair Facility.

LIPSystem Lifetime Warranty Faq Arrow

The Stainless Steel LIPSystem is covered under a life time repair or replace warranty. The Flange Kits for the LIPSystem are not covered under this lifetime warranty and falls under our general warranty.

If a part of the LIPSystem is bent or damaged in any way, we will repair or replace the part at no charge. Simply call support to get an RMA number to return the product to us and we will repair or replace that part. We reserve the right to make the choice of repairing or replacing the damaged part and can not be chosen by the customer. 

Returns Faq Arrow

Before shipping an item to us please contact Support first to receive a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. This helps protect you by giving us a way to identify your product and help protect it from being misplaced, or lost. To contact Support email Support@GoHanvey.com or call our Office at (864)269-2912.

All return items must have your RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box. Packages received without a RMA number may be refused or put aside until the owner contacts a Hanvey representative to claim the package. Unclaimed packages are held for 30 days, after which the package will be disposed of.

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Proper packaging and insurance on the package are the responsibility of the shipper. Any product that is received with damage from shipping will have its warranty voided and subject to additional costs to repair shipping damage. Hanvey is not liable for lost or damaged packages. All RMA packages must have a shipper provided tracking number to track and verify delivery. Insurance provided by the shipper is required for any reimbursement due to shipping damage or loss.

Terms and Conditions Faq Arrow

Our warranties cover defects in craftsmanship and materials and do not cover abuse, misuse, improper repair, power surges and/or lightning damage. It also does not protect against cosmetic damage from use, such as: staining, wear & tear, marking, dents, abrasion of surfaces, caulking, or dog bites. 

Cost of shipping is not covered under any warranty and is the sole responsibility of the customer. It is also the responsibility of the customer to inform us if they wish to have their shipment expedited and shipped faster than standard UPS Ground.

We reserve the right to change, modify, or update designs without notification and without obligation to perform said changes on previously sold products.

Some products are sold as a consumable and have no warranty once the product is opened. This includes, but is not limited to: Motor Brushes, Gaskets, and Filters.
