Hanvey’s ECO model redefines the starter conversion with a fully electric, generator and idle-free power system. The ECO comes with a 15kWh battery that can easily be upgraded to 30kWh, a 5,000-watt inverter, and a QR code support system. Flexible Battery System
  • ECO comes standard with a 15kWh lithium battery and the ability to power you through 5 small dogs a day! Want to do more? Just add the second battery for 30kWh of power easily boost your grooming capacity up to 6-8 large dogs a day!
Fully Electric Climate and Water Heating
  • The ECO sports a fully electric heating and cooling system, from the rooftop A/C and heat pump to the electric water heater. No alternative fuel required!
Remote System Monitoring
  • Just like in BVE, our ECO van has the option to have remote monitoring with 4G-connected remote diagnostics, battery performance, and more in real time! Just add VRM Portal Access and 4G during the van build, and have the comfort of knowing how your van is doing.
The Right Amount of Power
  • ECO features a 5,000 watt inverter and three built-in 20-amp circuits to power the hungry equipment like the dryers, water heater, and air conditioner. The inverter's capacity allows for the Rooftop A/C and the dryer to run at the same time without compromise!

Electronic Rearview Mirror + Dashcam
Secondary electronic rear viewing mirror and dashcam installed on the lower part of the windshield. The rear camera is facing outward from license plate and not pointing down to the bumper.
Bulkhead Door with Window
Adding a bulkhead door allows for easy access to and from the cab of the vehicle. The door includes a window and a locking knob for added security.
Mirror Behind Table
A mirror mounted on the wall behind the table. This allows you to see both sides of the dog without having to rotate them.
Workstation - Tool Cabinet / Beside Table

Tip-Out Wall Bin Assembly
Maximize efficiency with the Tip-Out Wall Bin Assembly upgrade, designed to keep your grooming supplies neatly stowed and instantly accessible at every stop.

Two Stainless Steel Caddies. One installed on the Bulkhead wall and another over the Tub.
41" Forever Stainless Steel Upgrade
Upgrading to the Forever Stainless 41" tub enables bathing larger pets with its increased size. This tub also comes with a dedicated water trough for use with the Bathing Beauty, for maximum water efficiency, and a small pet platform for easier bathing.
Bathing Beauty Pet Wash System
Adding the Bathing Beauty increases water efficiency, reduces shampoo use, and provides a hydromassage to the pet being bathed. Best paired with the Forever Stainless 41' tub, which includes a dedicated trough, increasing water efficiency even further.
K9-II Dryer: Replacement
Replace the Hanvey tandem Dryers with a K9-II dryer to boost drying speed and power, cutting down grooming time with professional-grade performance.
Mobile HairVac with Housekeeping Kit
The Mobile HairVac Clipper Vacuum System provides strong, variable-speed suction, allowing you to complete haircuts faster, clean up messes in record time, and reduce your grooming times. This comes with a clipper attachment and housekeeping hose.
Second Battery Upgrade
Add an additional 15 KWH battery for a total of 30 KWH. This additional battery doubles your workday for a proven 10+ hours workday. The Fast Charger is recommended for this addon for faster charging times and required for those who experience harsh winters.
Fast Charger Upgrade
The dedicated Fast Charger is an essential upgrade when adding the second battery. This allows for faster charging of the conversion batteries and can charge both batteries within 8 hours. Note: It is recommended to purchase this upgrade if you think you might upgrade to both batteries later, as it is more costly to install after the van is built.
VRM Portal Access
Adding VRM Portal Access allows for remote system diagnostics and enhanced monitoring of your ECO power system. Note: Advanced features such as realtime monitoring and push notifications require an active internet connection. For these advanced features the Verizon 4G Internet addon will be required.
Verizon 4G Internet
The 4G Internet, powered by Verizon. When paired with the “VRM Portal Access” upgrade it allows for an internet connection that sends information to the VRM Portal for remote monitoring and real time support. Note: The basic plan covers One Year of FREE data for the VRM portal ONLY and Wifi is NOT included. If additional internet services or Wi-Fi is desired, please contact your sales representative for information. Additional service fees may apply.
Running Boards
Running Boards adds a step to the driver and passenger side doors allowing for easier access when entering the vehicle and conversion.
Extreme Climate Insulation Package
Thermal insulation material installed against metal walls of van to repel heat and maintain interior temperature in more extreme temperature climates.

If you are experiencing any type of issue with any of our equipment, we strongly advise you to call our facility. We have a very knowledgeable staff that can get you back on track in minutes! If repairs are needed, we can the right info to you so you can get your items up and running as soon as possible.

What kinds of warranties are available? Faq Arrow

Hanvey Engineering offers a 1-year warranty on all of our equipment with the exception of the Hanvey LIPSystem, which offers a lifetime warranty. This covers all manufacturer defects and workmanship. For additional details, please call our office anytime Monday – Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm EST.  

What type of insurance do I need for my vehicle if I am a Mobile Pet Groomer? Faq Arrow

You will need to get a specialized type of pet grooming insurance that includes commercial auto insurance which will cover your vehicle and mobile pet grooming equipment.

General Grooming Van Warranty Faq Arrow

Hanvey's General Grooming Van Warranty guarantees that your grooming van will be free from manufacturing defects and function as intended. Please reference our Official Conversion Warranty document for all the specifics regarding your grooming vans warranty. The length of coverage for components in the grooming van vary from product to product, please see Appendix A for more details.

Hanvey's General Product Warranty guarantees that your product will be free from manufacturing defects and function as intended for one year.

Products covered under Hanvey's General Product Warranty include, but are not limited to:

Grooming Van Interior 7 Year Warranty Faq Arrow

The primary conversion interior materials include the following: support structure, walls, ceiling, bulkhead, and floor. These are covered for a period of 7 years against failure due to manufacturing defects and/or improper installation. This 7 year warranty does not cover damage from Owner mounting aftermarket accessories to the walls, ceiling, bulkhead, or floor. All warranty claims for interior materials must be done by Hanvey at a Hanvey Repair Facility.

LIPSystem Lifetime Warranty Faq Arrow

The Stainless Steel LIPSystem is covered under a life time repair or replace warranty. The Flange Kits for the LIPSystem are not covered under this lifetime warranty and falls under our general warranty.

If a part of the LIPSystem is bent or damaged in any way, we will repair or replace the part at no charge. Simply call support to get an RMA number to return the product to us and we will repair or replace that part. We reserve the right to make the choice of repairing or replacing the damaged part and can not be chosen by the customer. 

Returns Faq Arrow

Before shipping an item to us please contact Support first to receive a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. This helps protect you by giving us a way to identify your product and help protect it from being misplaced, or lost. To contact Support email Support@GoHanvey.com or call our Office at (864)269-2912.

All return items must have your RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box. Packages received without a RMA number may be refused or put aside until the owner contacts a Hanvey representative to claim the package. Unclaimed packages are held for 30 days, after which the package will be disposed of.

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Proper packaging and insurance on the package are the responsibility of the shipper. Any product that is received with damage from shipping will have its warranty voided and subject to additional costs to repair shipping damage. Hanvey is not liable for lost or damaged packages. All RMA packages must have a shipper provided tracking number to track and verify delivery. Insurance provided by the shipper is required for any reimbursement due to shipping damage or loss.

Terms and Conditions Faq Arrow

Our warranties cover defects in craftsmanship and materials and do not cover abuse, misuse, improper repair, power surges and/or lightning damage. It also does not protect against cosmetic damage from use, such as: staining, wear & tear, marking, dents, abrasion of surfaces, caulking, or dog bites. 

Cost of shipping is not covered under any warranty and is the sole responsibility of the customer. It is also the responsibility of the customer to inform us if they wish to have their shipment expedited and shipped faster than standard UPS Ground.

We reserve the right to change, modify, or update designs without notification and without obligation to perform said changes on previously sold products.

Some products are sold as a consumable and have no warranty once the product is opened. This includes, but is not limited to: Motor Brushes, Gaskets, and Filters.
